About
A digital partner, built for businesses that are serious about growing.
Nova Digital Forge helps businesses establish a professional digital presence, improve online visibility, generate more customer enquiries, automate repetitive business processes and strengthen their digital security.
Who we are
One company, five capabilities, no hand-offs.
Nova Digital is a digital growth and technology company. We build websites and digital platforms, improve how businesses are found in Google and on social media, automate repetitive work with AI, and help reduce digital risk.
Those five things are usually bought from four different suppliers. The result is predictable: a website nobody optimises, social profiles that contradict the brand, enquiries handled by hand, and no one who can say who holds the admin password. We exist to be the single accountable partner across all of it.
We are based in Sri Lanka and work with clients here and in international markets. Delivery is remote, structured and documented — which, in our experience, produces better outcomes than proximity does.

How we operate
Four commitments.
-
We say what we cannot do
No guaranteed rankings, no guaranteed sales, no claim that a system is completely secure. If someone promises you those, that is the tell.
-
You own everything
Domains, hosting, analytics, Google and social accounts are registered to your business. We hand over documented access as standard, not on request.
-
Scope before invoice
Deliverables, timeline and price are agreed in writing before work starts. Changes are quoted, not absorbed silently and billed later.
-
Evidence over opinion
Recommendations are tied to something observable — search data, page performance, enquiry volume, a real risk. Taste is not a strategy.
Why Nova Digital
Technology with a business purpose.
Six commitments that shape how we take on work — and how we say no to work that would not help you.
-
Business-first thinking
We focus on business outcomes, not just technology. Every recommendation is tied to enquiries, efficiency or risk — if it does not affect one of those, we will tell you.
-
Modern technology
We continuously adopt relevant digital and AI technologies, and we are equally willing to say when a simpler, cheaper approach is the right one.
-
Integrated solutions
Web, growth, AI and security are designed to work together. One partner, one plan, and no gaps between suppliers where responsibility disappears.
-
International mindset
Built to serve modern businesses across multiple markets — different time zones, currencies, languages and expectations of what a credible company looks like.
-
Transparent process
Clear communication, defined scope and structured delivery. You know what is being built, what it costs, and what happens next at every stage.
-
Long-term partnership
We aim to remain your digital partner rather than a one-time vendor — which is why we hand over ownership, documentation and access as standard.
How we work
From idea to
digital growth.
A structured sequence, agreed in writing before anything is built. You always know which stage we are in, what is being decided, and what happens next.
-
01
Discover
We start with the business, not the brief. Who your customers are, how enquiries arrive today, what currently gets in the way, and what a good year would actually look like.
-
02
Strategize
We agree the shortest credible path to the outcome — what to build first, what to defer, and how success will be measured — then put it in writing before any work starts.
-
03
Build
Design and development of the website, platform or system, reviewed in stages so you see progress early and change direction cheaply rather than late and expensively.
-
04
Grow
Google Business Profile, search fundamentals, content and social presence brought into line, so the thing we built is actually found by the people it was built for.
-
05
Automate
We identify the repetitive work around enquiries and follow-up, then automate the parts that are safe to automate — with defined handover points to your team.
-
06
Protect
Accounts, access, hosting and backups are reviewed and hardened, and ownership of every critical asset is documented in your name — not ours.
-
07
Optimize
We measure what happens, report it plainly, and keep improving the parts that move enquiries — rather than declaring the project finished at launch.
Working together
How an engagement actually runs.
Practical answers on process, cost and ownership.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We are based in Sri Lanka and work with businesses in Sri Lanka and international markets including the UAE, Australia, the UK, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Canada, New Zealand, Europe and South America. Projects are delivered remotely, with meeting times arranged around your working hours.
Can you work with businesses outside Sri Lanka?
Yes. Remote delivery is our normal way of working. We coordinate over video calls, email and WhatsApp, share progress in reviewable stages, and work to your time zone for meetings and launches. Our registered location remains Sri Lanka.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, and we quote per project rather than publishing fixed packages that would not fit your situation. After a short conversation we provide a written proposal with defined deliverables, timelines and a fixed price for that scope, so there are no unexpected charges mid-project.
Who owns the website and accounts when the project ends?
You do. Domains, hosting, analytics, Google and social accounts are registered in your business's name wherever possible, and we hand over documented access at the end of the engagement. You are never locked in.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused website is commonly a few weeks; a larger platform, automation programme or multi-service engagement takes longer. We give an indicative timeline in the proposal and confirm it once scope and content are agreed — the most common cause of delay is waiting on content, so we plan for that from the start.
