What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us. When you submit the Digital Growth Audit form, that is your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, website address (if you provide one), country, industry and the description of your challenge. When you submit the contact form, that is your name, email address, optional business name and phone number, and your message.
Our forms include a hidden field and a timing check used solely to detect automated spam submissions. No other hidden data is collected from the form.
If analytics is enabled on this site, the analytics provider may set cookies and collect usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device type and referring website. Where Google Analytics is used, IP anonymisation is enabled.
Why we use it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare the audit or proposal you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.
Where analytics is enabled, we use aggregate usage information to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.
Who can see it
Enquiries are handled by Nova Digital personnel working on your request. Depending on our configuration, enquiry details may be transmitted to a third-party service we use to manage enquiries (for example, a CRM, workflow or email provider). Those providers process the data on our instructions.
This website is hosted by our hosting provider, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses as part of serving the site securely.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the business relationship, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your information earlier, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within a reasonable period.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If analytics cookies are in use on this site, blocking them does not affect your ability to use the site.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are validated on the server. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new revision date.
